Sunset Lamp #1 is a part of a series exploring the transfixing power of light and screens, and the meditative beauty of nature.
 
Rebecca Odes is a multidisciplinary artist based in Brooklyn and Ojai, CA. Her practice incorporates "traditional" analog media (textile, paints, dyes, wood) in layered constructions using light and electronics. She attended the Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU, and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
